All of the matches that were advertised for ROH’s 17th Anniversary PPV did not take place as two matches were reportedly cut from The PPV altogether. Those matches are Mark Haskins & Tracy Williams vs. TK O’Ryan & Vinny Marseglia and Silas Young vs. Jonathan Gresham. After Matt Taven went to a 60-minute time limit draw against ROH World Champion Jay Lethal, The Kingdom just suddenly left the building. During that match, Gresham attempted to fight off Marseglia & O’Ryan, who both interfered during the title match. Gresham would then end up taking a chair-shot to the knee during the attempted save. Upon reaching backstage, Young would confront Gresham and attack him as well. Although no exact events were given, both matches are expected to take place in the near future. The PPV would also go over its allotted 3 hours time slot to fit in the main event where PCO & Brody King would defeat The Briscoes to win The ROH World Tag Team Titles.

At the recently concluded ROH 17th Anniversary PPV, Dalton Castle (who was on commentary during a match that was presently taking place) came into the ring and challenged Rush to a match at ROH / NJPW G1 Supercard on April 6th after Rush defeated Bandido. Rush seemingly accepted the challenge, but Ring Of Honor (ROH) has yet to issue an official announcement.
