Local 6 out of Orlando is reporting that WrestleMania XXIV tickets are going for more than $500 a piece in the city making it the highest grossing event in the history of the Citrus Bowl. Approximately 70,000 people are expected to attend Sunday’s pay-per-view with a least $25 million being brought into the local economy.

“Fans come not only from the United States, our domestic market, but they come from throughout the world,” Gene Okerlund told Local 6.
