Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus got married just before Christmas last year after their long, will-they-or-won’t-they relationship. The newlyweds appear to be enjoying life on the married side now and are up to plenty of shenanigans.
On Sunday, the 29-year-old actor and the 26-year-old singer walked on a tarmac together as Hemsworth loudly sang his rendition of Cyrus’s 2009 hit “Party in the USA.” His version went a little something like, “Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Party in the USA,” screamed at the top of his lungs—very much off-tune.
Hemsworth posted this video to his Instagram story, and the screenshots truly speak for themselves.
This is definitely just Hemsworth doing what is the proper duty of a husband in 2019: pretending to troll your wife on Instagram. Cyrus, who wears a red Playboy Bunny sweatshirt and matching pants in the video, seemed to delight in this moment of fake-trolling.
“Miley! Hey, Miley!,” Liam yells at his wife to get her to turn around and take part in his nonsense. As per usual, she’s game for a little fun.
The couple were married just after they lost their Malibu home in the California Woolsey fires last December. Per Us Weekly, they decided to finally tie the knot after the trauma of those fires.
“Liam caring for animals and helping others during the Malibu fire sealed the deal. Their love exploded after that,” a source told Us. “They are a perfect match.”
Cyrus wore an ivory Vivienne Westwood dress, and her groom wore a suit and sneakers.
