We are looking for an International Online Sales Manager to build and manage the international network of AlloCiné (except France). This role requires a proactive,motivated, organized and target-driven. The candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and will be capable of bringing the Team along. Directly reporting to the VP International, your main task is to coordinate and manage local sales-house agencies in accordance with local country managers and to sale the international network of AlloCiné (web, mobile, tablets) to international brands and media agencies.

The International Sales Manager will combine excellent sales and communications skills with good relationship building skills. S/he will have a strong background in sales and business development with a proven track record of hitting goals. The role will be responsible for helping the local team to achieve local goals and targets

Your mission will be to:

– Coordinate local sales house agencies through effective examples of campaigns
– Train, coach and mentor team and individual performance for sales success
– Manage, develop and motivate local sales house for growing revenue
– Assign appropriate retention and acquisition targets by saleshouse and by individual. Monitor KPI and measure performance
– Promote the AlloCiné Network to media agencies & brands for salesperspective
– Grow international sales revenue and achieve specific revenue goals as set by management
– Develop and implement tools for efficient reporting and functioning of the sales team in attaining goals

All these actions will be designed to allow AlloCiné to meet or exceed its targets.

Desired Skills & Experience

– 5+ years’ experience managing Online Sales in international area
– Passionate about mobile multimedia, excellent communication skills
– Fluent english is required : written and spoken, others laguagesa plus
– High energy, results driven
– Highly proactive, ability to work with deadlines
– Experience in an international environment
– Relevant University Degree (Business, Marketing)
– Sales orientated and self motivation
– Able to work across cultures managing international people indifferent languages
– Strong organizational and analytic skills with excellent written and oral communication
–  A second language is desirable and more a distinctive advantage.
